The Energy Department's Office of Inspector General has issued a report on the "The Department of Energy's Management of the Award of $150 Million Recovery Act Grant to LG Chem Michigan Inc. The report number is OAS-RA-13-10. It is available at.

There are two new information sources for obtaining information about colleges and universities.

The institute of Education Sciences, part of the National Center for Education Statistics has made it's College navigator available. It is located at:

In Michigan, Business Leaders For Michigan have started the "Michigan Performance Tracker/ Public Universities which is available at:

The United States Department of Agriculture has published the preliminary summary report on Noncitrus Fruits and Nuts for 2012. Included in the report is information about the condition of fruit production in Michigan for a year notable for an early, false spring and a dry summer.  The report is available at:

The President has release his plan for reducing gun violence.  The plan " Now is the Time: The President's plan to protect our children and our communities by reducing gun violence" can be found a:
