document yesterday.

"The National Counterintelligence Strategy of the United States, 2007"

The latest quarterly report from DoD on "Measuring Stability and
Security in Iraq" has been released. As mentioned in the news today,
this is the first time the Defense Department has referenced it as a
"civil war."
