The National Intelligence Council has released the newest National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) update on the status of Iraq's Stability. The report is entitled: "Prospects for Iraq's Stability: Some Security Progress but Political Reconciliation Elusive." The majority of the report is classified but an unclassified summary is available.

The State Dept has published its new "North American Plan for Avian &
Pandemic Influenza" The focus of this plan is on a trilateral plan outlining a collaborative approach to mitigate the effects of a pandemic between Canada, The United States and Mexico. The report is available at:
