On June 27 the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) issues a report titled Broadband Connectivity Competition Policy. This report discusses the need to pass laws restricting internet service providers from charging differently for different tiers of service. Bills that are being considered to restrict this practice are called network neutrality laws. The report is available at:
